On March 17, 2010 the new moon was sighted from Israel. The moon was sighted: from Jerusalem at 17:50 by Nehemia Gordon and others, from Tel Aviv at 17:56 by David Cachicas and others, from near Rosh Ha'Ayin at 18:07 by Dina Marcus.

The Biblical Passover, the 14 day of the 1st Bibilcal month, begins at sundown March 30, 2010.
